1. Artisanal Perfumery & Product Authenticity
All perfumes, attars, and pure fragrance oils offered by Wild Aroma are 100% alcohol-free, concentrated, and bottled using traditional artisanal methods. Due to the high concentration of natural aromatic ingredients and botanicals, slight variations in natural maceration color over time are inherent signs of authentic botanical distillation.
2. Order Confirmation & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- When placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, an accurate postal address, 6-digit pincode, and mobile phone number are required before dispatch.
- Our concierge team may reach out via WhatsApp or phone call to verify orders prior to shipping.
- Customers agree to make payment in full to the courier delivery executive upon parcel arrival at the designated delivery address.
3. Pricing & Promotional Offers
All prices displayed on wildaroma.in are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include all applicable taxes. Any instant online prepaid discounts (such as ₹100 instant off) are automatically calculated and reflected at checkout.
4. Skin Patch Test Recommendation
While all Wild Aroma fragrances are formulated to be skin-safe, alcohol-free, and gentle, we recommend conducting a standard small patch test on the inner wrist before regular application, especially for individuals with hypersensitive skin.
